Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hard Cutoff)
Weekends: Closed
If you require assistance over the weekend, arrangements must be made and approved in advance. Any orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday at 10:00 AM. All orders are handled in the order they are received.
Phone calls and voicemails left over the weekend will not be returned. If you need to contact us while we are closed, please send an email or text message, and we will respond during normal business hours.
You are welcome to contact us by email or text message outside of normal business hours. However, messages received after hours, on weekends, or during holidays will not receive a response until the next available business day. Sending multiple messages will not expedite a response. We will reply to all inquiries as soon as possible during normal business hours.
Please plan accordingly. A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on ours.

Repeatedly calling the phone does not increase the likelihood of your call being answered. We respond to all customers as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience while we assist others.
Voicemails are rarely checked. If we miss your call, please send us a text message or email instead, as we cannot answer every call immediately.
For technical support regarding an existing order, you must contact us by email. Technical support is handled directly through email correspondence with a technician. Our technicians do not provide support over the phone.
If you are experiencing an issue with your vehicle, need a tune revision, retune, troubleshooting assistance, or any other technical support, you must submit the appropriate Support Form. Support requests submitted through the proper form are tracked, documented, and assigned to a technician in the order they are received. This ensures your request is handled accurately and as quickly as possible.
Failure to submit a Support Form may result in delays, as technical issues and tune revisions cannot be processed through phone calls, text messages, social media messages, or voicemails.
