1999–2013 LS Engine & Transmission Tuning

Tuning Service Only – HP Tuners MPVI Required (Sold Separately)

This product includes custom engine and transmission tuning only for 1999–2013 GM LS-based vehicles.
An HP Tuners MPVI device is required and is not included with this service.

Retune & Vehicle Condition Acknowledgement

By purchasing this tuning service, you confirm that:

  • To the best of your knowledge, the vehicle is mechanically sound and ready for tuning

  • There are no existing mechanical issues, part failures, incorrect components, or installation errors

If any issue (mechanical failure, incorrect parts, wiring problems, installation errors, etc.) prevents us from completing the tune:

  • A $100 diagnostic / retune delay fee will be charged if the issue is not resolved within two (2) weeks

  • After two weeks, the $100 fee applies automatically

Boosted & Flex Fuel Tuning Requirements

Required Equipment

For boosted or flex fuel applications, you must have:

  • HP Tuners MPVI

  • Wideband O2 sensor (or purchase one — we can assist)

Boosted Tune Policy

  • Boosted tunes are provided as startup and light-driving calibrations only

  • You will be required to data log and submit logs for revisions

  • These tunes are NOT full-power calibrations initially

Fuel System Requirements

  • Adequate fuel pump and injectors are mandatory

  • Stock injectors WILL NOT support any amount of boost, regardless of what you may have been told

  • 3-bar MAP sensors will NOT be tuned on Gen 3 platforms

  • Gen 4 systems using ZL1 MAP sensors are acceptable

These requirements exist to ensure safe tuning and to prevent engine damage.

⚠️ All power-adder (boosted) tunes carry an additional fee beyond naturally aspirated (NA) tuning.

Flex Fuel (E85) Tuning Policy

  • Flex fuel tuning carries an additional fee

  • You will begin with 100% gasoline tuning only

  • All initial tuning and revisions will be completed on gasoline

  • Once gasoline tuning is finalized, E85 functionality is enabled

  • Additional E85 data logs are required for final calibration

  • No refunds for tuning files, revisions, or calibration services once work has begun
