Upgrade your 2011–2012 Duramax LML with the HSP 502-1-HSP Cold Air Intake System, designed to significantly improve airflow, increase horsepower and torque, and enhance overall engine efficiency. Featuring a large 4-inch mandrel-bent intake tube, this system reduces restriction and allows your turbo to pull in a greater volume of cool, dense air for improved combustion and performance.
The HSP intake utilizes a sealed heat deflection box that isolates the air filter from engine bay heat while drawing fresh air from the fender and headlight area. This design helps maintain lower intake temperatures, resulting in more consistent power and improved throttle response. Proven dyno results show gains of up to +20 horsepower and +58 lb-ft of torque, making this one of the most effective bolt-on upgrades for the early LML platform.
Built for both performance and durability, the system includes high-strength silicone boots, CNC-machined sensor provisions, and premium powder-coated finishes to enhance both function and engine bay appearance.
