2017–2026 L5P CCV Reroute / Throttle Valve Fitment Notes
2017–2024 L5P Models
2017–2024 L5P trucks can install this complete kit minus the throttle valve with no tuning required. This setup will work with the factory emissions system fully intact.
2017–2026 L5P Throttle Valve
Do not install the throttle valve unless the truck is already emissions-off. Installing the throttle valve on a truck with emissions still intact may cause a check engine light.
2025–2026 L5P Models
2025+ L5P models require tuning to modify the CCV parameters.
The 2025+ L5P trucks have a CCV sensor mounted on the factory CCV system. Our kit removes the factory CCV switch, which means tuning is required on 2025+ models to prevent a check engine light.
This kit can be used with emissions-on or emissions-off tuning on 2025–2026 L5P models, as long as the proper CCV tuning changes are made.
