The 2022–2024 Cummins CarePackage DIY Kit is our complete at-home solution for customers looking to upgrade their 6.7L Cummins with custom power-added tuning, transmission tuning, exhaust, supporting hardware, and lifetime tuning support — all in one package.

NO ECM SWAP OR MAIL-IN ECM UNLOCK REQUIRED!

With the latest EZ Lynk support, supported 2022–2024 6.7L Cummins trucks can now be tuned using the factory stock ECM.

The process is now much more similar to tuning a 2019–2021 Cummins. Instead of swapping ECMs or mailing your factory ECM out for an unlock, supported trucks can be flashed through the OBD-II port.

Simply connect your device, access your custom tune file, and flash the truck.

Customers who already have a compatible ECM swap or previously unlocked ECM are still supported and can continue using their existing setup.

Exhaust — Your Choice

Choose the exhaust configuration that best fits your setup:

• Racepipe

• Full 4" Exhaust

• Full 5" Exhaust

EGR Solution + Throttle Valve

The package includes the necessary EGR solution along with the throttle valve components for your application.

CCV Reroute Kit

A complete CCV reroute solution is included with the package.

2018+ Security Gateway (SGW) Bypass Cable

The SGW bypass cable is required for proper communication and flashing on these applications and is included with the CarePackage.

CCV SOTF Cable

A CCV-style Switch-On-The-Fly cable is included for supported SOTF configurations.

Tuning Device — Your Choice

Choose between:

• EZLynk AutoAgent 3.0

• HP Tuners MPVI4

Both platforms are available, but EZ Lynk is our recommended option for this application due to its ease of use, flashing process, and overall customer experience.

Custom Power-Added Engine Tuning

Your CarePackage includes custom engine tuning with Lifetime Support, built specifically around your truck, modifications, and intended use.

Available configurations include:

• SOTF: 0–220 HP

• Single Tune: 0–220 HP

• Custom Power Levels Based on Modifications

• Lifetime Tuning Support

0–220 HP power levels are based on stock or near-stock trucks. Modified trucks with upgraded fuel systems, turbochargers, injectors, or other supporting modifications may be capable of higher power levels.

Power levels are not one-size-fits-all. Each calibration is built around the truck's current setup and supporting modifications to provide the appropriate power level, drivability, and performance for the application.

68RFE Transmission Tuning

68RFE transmission tuning is included with the CarePackage.

SWITCH-ON-THE-FLY (SOTF) OPTIONS

Switch-On-The-Fly tuning allows supported trucks to change power levels without completely re-flashing the ECM each time.

Depending on your application and selected setup, available switching methods may include:

• CCV-style SOTF cable / DEF-gauge power-level switching

• Steering-wheel SOTF controls

Hardware requirements may vary depending on the selected SOTF configuration.

This package includes Lifetime Support, giving you continued access to revisions as your truck or setup changes.

2018+ Cummins SGW bypass cable is REQUIRED for proper communication and flashing. The required SGW bypass cable is included with this CarePackage.

For supported factory ECM applications:

• No ECM swap is required

• No mail-in ECM unlock is required

• Factory ECM can remain in the truck

• Existing compatible ECM swap customers are still supported

• Existing compatible unlocked ECM customers are still supported
